These terms apply to the use of this website and to inquiries, quotations and bookings made with Nikolas Petrou Wedding Films. Specific booking details are always confirmed in a separate written agreement.
1. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Content, films, photographs and design on this website belong to Nikolas Petrou Wedding Films unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
2. Inquiries and quotations
Submitting an inquiry or completing a booking form does not create a binding contract. Prices shown on the website are indicative and may change until confirmed in writing. A date is only reserved once confirmed by us.
3. Bookings, deposits and payment
Bookings are confirmed in a written agreement that sets out the agreed services, price, payment schedule and any deposit. Where a deposit is required, the date is held once the deposit is received. Any applicable VAT is shown at the point of booking.
4. Services and delivery
We will deliver the services described in your booking with reasonable skill and care. Editing style, music selection and final creative decisions remain ours, in keeping with the work shown on this website. Delivery timeframes are given as estimates and confirmed in your agreement.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate schedule, location and contact information, and keep us informed of changes
- Obtain any venue or third-party permissions needed for filming
- Ensure we have safe and reasonable access to film your day
6. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation, postponement and rescheduling terms — including any non-refundable deposit — are set out in your written booking agreement. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
7. Unforeseen circumstances
If we are unable to attend due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable replacement or agree a fair resolution with you.
8. Copyright and portfolio use
Copyright in the films and photographs we create remains with Nikolas Petrou Wedding Films. You receive the personal use rights described in your agreement. Public marketing or portfolio use of identifiable material is handled separately and only with the appropriate permissions.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the fees paid for the services concerned.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction over any dispute.
